Delivery & Shipping: Delivery of the ordered goods will be made after receipt of full payment, delivery in UK will be included in the price for orders exceeding a fixed value, currently fixed at 59 €. For lower orders we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee. The conditions of free delivery and cost are always to be verified on the site, as they may vary without notice.

Returns and replacements: We accept returns of goods ONLY if agreed in writing with the Management. Any return by courier must be ordered exclusively by Politecnici s.r.l. Otherwise, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Orders: Orders will only be accepted if sent in written form (website - fax - letter - email). Any changes will be taken into account only if they are received in writing within 24 hours from the date and time of the original order, provided they are compatible with our production needs. my-choppingboard.com reserves the right to ship and invoice the material ordered and confirmed even in the presence of changes to the order.
Payment, prices and promotions: Payment must normally be settled at the time of ordering, by paypal, bank transfer, credit card or other form of transmission of currency. my-choppingboard.com reserves the right to charge collection fees if the means of payment does not meet our requirements.
Any promotion may be revoked at any time and promotions or special prices cannot be considered as valid for future sales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may vary without notice and cannot be considered as an obligation of future supplies by my-choppingboard.com.
The prices valid are those on the website at midnight on the day of order confirmation.
Registered orders: my-choppingboard.com reserves the right to deliver the orders present to the system even in case of variations. In case of unforeseeable events, my-choppingboard.com will inform customers in case of events of force majeure that prevent the regular delivery of orders.; my-choppingboard.com is in any case NOT responsible for loss or damage of the goods by the carrier.
